Debeaders
By butt wedling process a heat-sealed material appears in welding joint, so called welding bead. This "beads" in some cases can have negative impact for specific application, e.g. by fluid flow with solid particles content can "beads" causes solid particles sedimentation. Therefore is necessary to remove the welding beads. For this purpose are the debeaders used. By the way of using them we can categorize them into two basic groups - inside and outside debeaders.
Inside debeaders:
- WIDOS 40 - for inside pipe diameter DI 40, for pipe lenght up to 3 m, without cutting head heating
- WIDOS 80 - for inside pipe diameter DI 50 to DI 80, for pipe lenght up to 3 m, without cutting head heating
- WIDOS 160 - for inside pipe diameter DI 90 to DI 160, for pipe lenght up to 12 m, alternatively to 20 m, with cutting head heating, alternatively without heating
- WIDOS 300 - for inside pipe diameter DI 160 to DI 300, for pipe lenght up to 12 m, alternatively to 20 m, with cutting head heating, alternatively without heating
- WIDOS 500 - for inside pipe diameter DI 300 to DI 500, for pipe lenght up to 12 m, alternatively to 20 m, with cutting head heating, alternatively without heating
Outside debeaders:
- size 1 - for outside pipe diameter from DA 110 to DA 160 mm
- size 2 - for outside pipe diameter from DA 140 to DA 250 mm
- size 3 - for outside pipe diameter from DA 180 to DA 315 mm
- size 4 - for outside pipe diameter from DA 280 to DA 450 mm
- size 6 - for outside pipe diameter from DA 450 to DA 630 mm
- size 8 - for outside pipe diameter from DA 630 to DA 1000 mm
