WIDOS SPA 600 - weld log recorder

The WIDOS SPA 600 weld log recorder serves to a simple weld logging of butt welding with heating element. It can be combined with all WIDOS plastic welding machines and has an easy user guidance. The unit consists of a solid sheet-steel case with built-in computer, outside temperature probe, pressure absorber and parallel interface for customary printers. Furthermore it is prepared for the use of a SD memory card as well as a barcode reading pen.

The SPA 600 is fixed to the protective frame of the hydraulic system and connected to the hydraulic system at the shock-proof socket with a connecting cable. The pressure absorber is placed in the pressure line between the hydraulic coupling via a mini measuring tube and a T-piece.

The second temperature probe for transmitting the heating element temperature to the recorder is integrated in the heating element and connected to the unit with a connecting cable with special plug.
